Clean facility: The room was comfortable with plenty of bedding, it was quiet and we were not disturbed by noisy guests in hallways or adjacent rooms, however, we did stay on a weeknight.

The facility was clean and nice. It’s 10 minutes from the beach so it’s not far. The room was nice. I’d prefer more consistent cleaning though.
